I founded the National Parenting Network (NPN) to support Foster Carers, Residential Staff and Managers, Professionals and Parents to confidently care for children and young people with complex needs.

With over 17 years experience working with children, young people, and families across family support, residential care, supported accommodation, and management roles, I have successfully led services through Ofsted inspections and developed high-quality care environments from scratch.

I also bring lived insight, having spent time in care as a young person, which gives me a unique understanding of the challenges faced by children, carers and professionals.

Through training, workshops, and resources, I help carers build confidence, prevent placement breakdowns, and improve outcomes for young people.
